Net-O2 announces its next generation automated testing framework

CHENNAI, June 17, 2008 — Net-O2 Technologies announced the latest version of its ATTEST Test Framework for automated testing of communications systems. The new version – Net-O2 ATTEST 6.0 provides multi-user capability, remote access and higher flexibility in managing and tracking testing progress associated with different versions of the devices under test.

Net-O2 ATTEST 6.0 supports a multi-user architecture, thus allowing test engineers’ access to ATTEST from multiple remotely connected clients, delivering higher utilization of test resources.This architecture in conjunction with a floating license model provides an extensible and scalable method of managing the test processes among geographically dispersed test labs.

Net-O2 ATTEST 6.0 provides a graphical reports and better tracking of testing progress. QA Test managers may also remotely track the progress of testing, receiving any-time access to detailed test reports and test result information. Net-O2 ATTEST 6.0 supports a wide range of automated Layer 2 and IP protocol test suites for verification of switch devices used in applications such as Carrier Ethernet, Enterprise, Industrial Networking and Security.
